About

Al Pipkin is a Christian father of two sons, grandfather of five super kids, an American, and a conservative that is very concerned about the socialist direction that so many in this great country are trying to move us toward.

He believes in a constructionist view of the US Constitution, the greatest political document in the history of man. The Constitution isn’t a “living” document. Were that the case, laws would be meaningless, dependent on some judge’s interpretation at any given point in time. If there is something that those who believe the Constitution to be “living” wish to change … the Constitution contains a clause that allows that to happen. It’s called an Amendment! Tough to do, but that’s why or Founders wrote it that way … can’t be changed on a whim!

Al believes that we all have a duty to serve our country in some way. He served four years in the Navy, but the military is not the only way to serve. At a minimum, you need to cast your ballot in every election where you are eligible to vote. Attend your local city council meeting when you can, attend PTA meetings, a tea party meeting, anything that causes you to be aware of what is going on in your schools, community, county, state. Just get involved and stay involved.

Al writes from the heart and doesn’t abide by political correctness. When he says “man has improved his environment … ” he means humans .. get it? HuMAN! so don’t expect to find ‘he/she’ or ‘him/her’ in his writing … MAN. Get over it!
